Terms & Conditions

Keepsake Kitchen is a print-on-demand cookbook service. We enable you to upload photos of handwritten recipes, which we digitise and lay out into a professionally designed cookbook, and have printed and delivered to you.

We are not a publisher. The content of your cookbook is created by you; we provide the tools and production service.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe.

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been sent to print, we are unable to cancel it or issue a refund, except in the following circumstances:

• The book arrives damaged, with print defects, or with missing/incorrect pages — we will arrange a free reprint or, at our discretion, a refund.
• The wrong edition or quantity was dispatched due to our error.
• Delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us.

If you believe your book has a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@keepsakekitchen.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually.

Orders that have not yet been sent to print may be cancelled for a full refund. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.

We deliver worldwide. UK orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days. International orders typically take 7–14 working days depending on destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the moment your order is confirmed.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£ GBP). International customers pay in £ — their bank or card provider handles currency conversion.

• Keepsake Kitchen is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

You own your recipe content. By uploading your recipes and images, you confirm that you have the right to do so, and you grant Keepsake Kitchen a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of creating and printing your cookbook.

The design, layout, branding, and software of Keepsake Kitchen are owned by us. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights (e.g. recipes copied from published cookbooks without permission)
• Contains offensive, hateful, or discriminatory material
• Depicts illegal activities
• Contains personal data of third parties without consent
• Is fraudulent or misleading

Keepsake Kitchen reserves the right to refuse to print any content that violates these terms. If we identify unacceptable content after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepsake Kitchen's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of sentimental value of uploaded content.

Important: We strongly recommend keeping originals of any handwritten recipe cards you upload. We are not responsible for loss of uploaded images due to technical failure, though we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Uploaded recipe images and book content are stored for a maximum of 12 months from the date of last account activity. Keepsake Kitchen accepts no liability for loss of content after this period. We recommend saving copies of your original recipe photos independently of this service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
